November 2020 outdoor bicycle miles were just 4.1 miles which were even less than the previous month/6 miles!
Over the last week, used the outdoor bike once which was a change.  Used the indoor bike a lot.  Didn't really enjoy a short walk a few days ago.  However, it was nice/therapeutic to see three squirrels quite close together in a park, plus a cat that probably lives in a house nearby.  Cannot remember doing much in the garden last week; just feeding the birds which were also nice to watch.

STS since last week.  Diet was about the same in weekly average calories.  Still eating as per appetite with a few different food choices.
    Thanks.

+ 2lbs since last Wednesday.  Did a lot of indoor biking, one short walk and a short bike ride.  Hardly anything done in the garden apart from collecting a few seeds.  Not really liking the (local) exercise activities and still unsettled with my diet.  Think the calories might have to be reduced?
    Thanks.

Apologies for the late posting this week Dannie.  It's the time of year it's very difficult to keep motivated.  We will keep on going though.

That's okay about the "late posting" fredsnail.  I appreciate what you have done for this thread.  Yes, (think) I know what you mean about the "motivation" side of things, particularly at this time of the year.  However, will persevere!

    - 2lbs since last Wednesday.  The exercise done was just the indoor cycling (over 4 hours).  Not been out at all and many reasons for this!  Calories were very likely less than the previous week.  Good luck all.
    Thanks.

Hope all is well Dannie - I've not been out much either so I don't blame you at all - well done on the indoor cycling :)
