    - 1lb since last Wednesday.  Went out for a walk once which was around a "big" field in a nearby park. Also, used the indoor exercise bike every day.  2146.4 calories were recorded.

    -1.6lbs for me this week thanks Fred. I was worried all week because the scale was not being kind to me but I got there in the end!

    Outdoor cycling miles for January 2021 = Zero!
    STS since last Wednesday.  Diet was more difficult.  Kept wanting to eat more fatty food and even dreamt about purchasing fatty food.  Exercises were more varied.  The usual indoor daily biking, a gardening task (54 minutes) and a walk around a nearby park (1 mile approx).

    I've moved my weigh in day to Tuesday so it's a -2.8lbs loss for me this week please fred.

    STS since last Wednesday which "isn't so bad" as diet was difficult regarding wanting to eat much more.  Went out for a small walk once (about 1 mile) and did two gardening jobs (one hour twenty six minutes).  Other days, the road conditions meant I did not use the outdoor bike or go out on foot.  Used the indoor bike as usual.
