Good luck x_raphael_xx see you in a month.
Well done Dannie - I didn't really enjoy my garden until this year - now I've got the bug :) and try to get out most days to do a bit of weeding or some other work.

STS since last Wednesday which seemed representative of last weeks struggle with diet and time to do the desired exercise.  Cannot remember using the indoor bike.  Just occasionally managing to get out on the bicycle and do a bit of gardening.
fredsnail, thanks for your message.  Glad you found an approach that works best for you regarding your garden.
    Thanks.

    - 2lbs since last Wednesday.  Used the indoor bike just once?  However, been out on the outdoor bike several times and keep tackling the garden whenever possible.  Diet wasn't as difficult to maintain as the week before, maybe due to a little "loss of appetite" and lower calorie food choices?  Good luck.
    Thanks.

STS since last Wednesday.  Not much outdoor cycling done and not very far.  However, did quite a lot of indoor cycling and gardening.  The latter slowly "taking shape," so I hope to achieve more before any potential "adverse" weather conditions etc.  Diet probably remained the same.
Bicycle miles for September 2020 = 21 miles.
    Thanks.

STS since last Wednesday.  Did a bit of gardening/outdoor cycling last week but things kept preventing much progress.  Diet was also a bit harder to maintain. Used the indoor bike frequently and was more busy indoors.
    Good luck.
    Thanks.

    - 2lbs since last Wednesday.  Did plenty of indoor biking but only went out once on the outdoor bike. It was only a quick ride around a nearby park.  Spent long hours trying to complete a lot of gardening tasks.  All the "homemade" compost was placed on part of the garden that had looked flooded recently.  Also, transplanted some plants.  Calories were less then the week before.
    Good luck all.
    Thanks.
