x_raphael_xx have you had your COVID jab recently - I know I've felt tired since having it last week.  Hope you're feeling more yourself soon.

efrieze - you're doing amazingly with your weight loss :)

Thanks fred. I thought as I got older it would be harder to lose weight but I've found it isn't !

I am walking a lot! According to my fitbit, I walked almost 60 miles last week (despite having a full time job!)

I have lost 4lbs this week. Thanks for doing the chart each week.

Thanks fredsnail for your comments last week which I really appreciated and also your usual update.  Home constraints and "stresses" are helped if I get out for awhile on the bike.  So whilst outdoors' biking when people and dangerous driving spoil this, it is off-putting.  Nevertheless, I have been out since.

STS since last Wednesday.  Calories were about the same.  Did lots of exercise indoors on the bike, decluttering and gardening jobs.  Went out on the bike twice last weekend; same trip each time.  This was to collect some chives, located at points alongside a nice public footpath.  "Lost" my glasses the first time, so returned back and found them the next day!  6 miles then in two outings.

    Thanks.

Welp...a gain of 2.8lbs this week. Probably something to do with the takeaway pizza. :|
I have signed up with a PT instructor, who I will be starting sessions with on friday.
I've also decided on some rewards for certain goal targets, to give myself a little motivation. One of which is to get a tarantula, my partner was dead against having one in the house, but has said I can get one as a goal rewawrd (as long as he has nothing to do with it :D) I did let him pick which goal it woudl be a reward for, and as I have 3 1/2 stone to lose first, it won't be for a while.

Hi Fred, I think you recorded my gain last week as a loss :) I also missed your post asking about my jab, I haven't been invited for mine yet, I'm 37 and (reletively) healthy, so probably at the very bottom of the list.
This week I have a huge loss of 10lbs! I assume most of it was waterweight, as it was lady times last week (plus the takeaway) so I think that explains last weeks gain and this weeks big loss.
Had my first session with my PT, and had an extra jaunt to the gym. I've also been for a couple of short runs, trying to get my legs to remember what they are supposed to be doing before my marathon training ranks up.

Well done to you both!  (Good luck fredsnail).
STS since last Wednesday.  What I think is happening is that my weekly diet is more or less constant.  Also, the poor weather and my lifestyle causing exercise opportunities to decline?
    Thanks.

Hi all, I’m away this week but weighed myself on monday before I left and it was a STS, so I’m going to record that as my weigh in this week.
