Hi everybody,As of yesterday, STS. "Couldn't face" weighing myself this a.m. due to a "disappointing" week. However, one good exercise activity was a longer bike ride that I hadn't done for a while.Thanks.0

3.8lbs GAIN for me this week. It's been far to hot to exercise and too hot to cook. (I had icecream for tea last night
)
However, in better news, I would like to introduce another new pet, Smaug the Magnificant, Chiefest and Greatest of all Calamities. She was supposted to be a treat for a weightloss goal, but the deal was too good to pass up. Shes a bearded dragon and eventually I'll have to pick her up with two handsHere she is in her hammock that she'll grow into!

+ 2lb since last week. Been out more on the bike early morning but not so much use of the indoor bike. Also, have been doing the indoor weights exercises, one short walk and a few gardening jobs. However, weekly calories (probably) went up last week.
Thanks.0 -
Here's this weeks chart:
No SoTW this week - however most people are gaining weight during this hot weather for 2 reasons - your body swells and retains water, and we are all drinking far more water (or we should be) to keep hydrated. Hopefully it will all come off when the weather cools down.

Sorry I didn't appear to weigh in last week. Life took over a bit my end.
It's -2.6lbs loss for me over the last 2 weeks.
I have an exciting milestone to aim for - I am 0.6lbs away from being 'overweight' rather than 'obese' so that's good!0
