Oh I forgot to post my loss - I thought I had. Silly me. I was -1.2lbs loss. I don’t want it added to next week’s weigh in.0

i actually weighed in a couple of days ago because I knew my weight would be subsequently affected by a a lack of routine this week. Anyway, I am reporting a loss of 2.8lbs this week taking my total to 106lbs please. Target achieved this week - I now have a BMI of 27.5 - the middle of the 'overweight' range.0

I also weighed myself a day earlier (Tuesday) and had STS. Diet and exercise has gone astray.

It's a loss of -1lbs this week for me. I'm still on a different weekly routine so actually weighed in Sunday morning.
Next mini goal is to lose another 5lbs to get me to 8 stone lost! That sounds so much (!) so that's a large (mini) goal to aim for. Hopefully by mid October.
How is everyone else getting on?

Thanks for asking efrieze. Been finding exercise and diet tough really. However, weighed myself this morning and have STS.
The later morning trips out on the bicycle have not been as enjoyable due to many reasons. However, the weekends are slightly better. The bicycle punctured yesterday, so added to its other costly repairs needed, means time to start afresh with a new one. Also, have done small gardening jobs and have others planned for the near future. Seem to have lost interest with the indoor bike and the indoor weights exercises are not being done.
