Oh dear...
Will be calling EE support, just to transfer number from EE PAYG to pay monthly (30 day) plan, as to do so on-line- impossible...0 -

Understandable, as it requires a credit check and some manual intervention to move the number iirc.
I'm sure it can also be done instore if you don't want to phone.====0 -

I'm sure it can also be done instore if you don't want to phone.done, quickly and efficiently!
including number "transfer" from PAYG EE to "contract" EE,
..and you don't want to know my credit scoring... and still passed... and what an pointless exercise, considering paying in advance (30 day contract)
.......................................................................................
Also, ordered (efficiently again)and got PAC from TELLO and will be transferring my number to TalkMobile ... the one, where website is beyond useless... so had to call them too (again)
After all, as is, the best deals are EE data offer at £15- 25gb PCM offer (not happy, with them being big, but CS is certainly good in my experience so far);
TalkMobile PAYG SIM only because of an £0.10p call offer and after using phone ever so irregularly- it is good value ("Support" and website is rather poor);
Sad, but saying farewell to tello.co.uk, as everything is OK, but have to use the phone with 3g ability to have reception.
and am, still holding out, as dignity, whatever little I could have, not to have gone to VodaFoks and still have ~ 10 SIM's of all other sorts....:o0 -
Ha, "nearly" jumped on to alternative supplier service
http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc-mac/networking-and-wi-fi/modem-routers/relish-broadband-1314617/review
but then

Any feedback on them anyway? (not that I will wait for them to supply in my home area...)0 -
OK, bit of an update:
All of the networks- raised prices, reduced offers, but plucky TalkMobile has half decent offer

Tethering is allowed
15gb data and all the other included for £15 a month (rolling 1 month contract)0 -
I am very interested in this Talk mobile plan. I've heard that their customer service and billing is handled by Vodafone? This is a deal breaker for me as I have just left their network due to poor service. Data speeds any good?0

CS support on a phone 5*, UK based!
Speed... only 3g and only OK, but rarely, if ever I use it, as my plan with them isn't this one. Not terrible none the less. However their coverage with 3g and 2g and in area of "home countries" is near the best.0 -
I'm sorry when I meant poor service I meant customer service. The Vodafone signal here in the north west is very satisfactory. Having said that I rarely get a 4G signal and find 3G to be suitable so I'd be happy to compromise.I guess talk mobile could always upgrade their service to 4G in the future.
You seem a real whizz for trying so many different sims, keep up the good work! Do know any virtual network that uses O2 apart from Giffgaff and Tesco?
Currently using Giffgaff but would like better value for money and itemised billing. 30 day contract over 12 month contract would be a bonus too. O2 and Vodafone signals are the only ones with decent strength around here.0 -
Safer bet, if you wish is to get PAYG SIM, top up £5 with "happy hour" and have a go to learn own-self... and post back?
(From all of the experimenting (testing) done, load changed and I might be not 100% correct on today's deals and performance.)
I'd vouch, that data slowest is on O2 and piggyback'ing GiffGaff in my tests. Fastest data seemed to be EE (most unreliable connection though).
"Three" and it's side-kick's are just so so.
Whilst VodaFuc% as ® network is shambles, their system, and business have no place to operate in civilized country... their network is rather decent, even good.
TalkMobile distancing from degenerates (VodaFvk ) CS unrecognizably better, even good service/support on a phone.0 -
Personally still using EE £15-30GB offer SIM as a main Data SIM, occasionally others, currently TalkMobile seems best alternative.
Out of boredom, thinking as what to test now?

anybody have any view on them?0
