so, in short- 3.co.xx weren't that big of a players after all, didn't have enough of backers, then you have BT godzilla's re'emergence, they are getting smothered...

The IOM company of 3 seemed to hold all the 3 brands trademarks and that website, web seems to point to 3HK home broadband https://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=zh-TW&u=http://www.threebb.com.hk/&prev=search

    1GB speed £17 a month for 24 months  thats brilliant :D

    Remembers BT monopoly :(

Wander, (at the top, for the last 3-4 years), who's national business character designed VodafShmucks shambles? :o

Mr Outsourcing, I cant find him or info anywhere, I think his wife may have outsourced him, this outsourcing thing is rather more catching than a cold, the whole population is suffering from it it.

I'm sure Glaxo will be along soon with a expensive remedy for NHS distribution exclusive to Boots UK Tax Free Europe Trading LLC, we can hope they can both communicate to arrange the deal as they both have en masse o2 contracts so a signal may exist if not this catching outsourcing virus Telefonica got from turning a Cornerstone with Vodafail.

    ^Nothing new

Yodafone is a majority MVNO partner worldwide network, the logo is more hived out for lease than Virgin https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vodafone

It gets cheap wholesale roaming out its who-red logo use, still not nowhere as cheap as customer service though :rotfl:

Lets me fell idiotic by continuing testing and searching as well... alright, I got multiSIM phone, it is just for the consumer (own-self) sake experience, but in bigger picture it is down to Godzillas making most out of us, with blessing of OFCOM and other license- tax collectors.
I have only pride and commendation to support Asian financed networks as CtExcell, Globe, Tello etc ;)

You stay away from 3, they support bad customer care in ex Hutchison call centres. ;)

As bad of shambles etc, they (some) are, at least have guts (maybe) and sizable resistance to rip-off godzilla's, where actual customer, by being loyal to brands etc is just an "milking cow" to feed monstrosities :(

    @diamonds- that modem... :P

Basically did "sell my soul" (partially), still had some data/time left on EE PAYG http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/25gb-double-speed-4g-data-simo-deal-was-30-now-15pm-ee-30-day-rolling-contract-2392377?page=5
25GB Double Speed 4G Data SIMO deal - Was £30, now £15.00pm @ EE (30 day rolling contract!, with big network :( )
Down to the Multi SIM phone, still do have and enjoy Tello for occasional calls, same with TalkMobile, due to their offer ONLY (as CS and general on-line support being poor, just 2g coverage- near the best)

and started contemplating on giving up on current arrangements, just get the portable modem, to use for data for all as phone, tablet and even rusty lap-top.

Checking those- most are 3g only, few that are available and suitable that noted so far- Osprey mini 2 and Huawei e5776 (smaller battery, slower)

Basically, given up on a quest in finding and sharing absolutely best deal AIO SIM, as they all keep on changing offers/prices/allowances/tethering policies... just looking for advice as how good/ bad or best value those MiFi dongles are?
    Thanks!
