I've already got the number but thanks :) Oh and I downloaded this update this morning, it's version 2.0.4 so if you haven't got that one, don't bother installing it!

Edit: on hold and then get message that they're all busy and to either leave a voicemail or call back later. Wonderful... might just send them an email instead.

So will just leave it for now and see if they roll out a new update soon...

My app is in the same state as yours Yolina.

Grazyna just gave me a clue by chat. Try logging out and in again, using the 'log out' in 'Profile'.

I know it's no solution but I just checked and my version is the Android 2.0.4 version and everything is absolutely fine, no strange anomalies ........

Glad that your sign out and sign in again has sorted your problem - no idea why I didn't have to go through that - mine just worked fine straight out of the update tin!!
  • That has not been my experience. I would suggest that anyone should be aware of this company and their card. I’ve also just returned from Orlando. Prior to leaving I deposited money on this card. When I went to make a purchase to pay for goods, the card was declined. I then tried again. The card was declined again. Following this I decided to withdraw my funds – once again I was unable to access my money on the card. I don’t see any way of getting it back apart from going through the Small Claims Court!

Would you like to tell us a little more? Your account was suspended? For some reason..?

  • I just want to say that I have been using the Revolut card since the summer both here and overseas - I have had no problems at all. I recommend it highly

The new app update was a pain - it treated me like a new customer but was working fine.

Odd when so many others have had no problems.
Have you tried taking the money out at an ATM?
Or using the transfer facility on the app to move it back to your account?
Have you phoned and spoken to customer services?

  • It seems it's a good service
But there is a question puzzling
The company's headquarters and the bank in London
The card issuer of the Russian Federation!

It sounds to me like this this person has had their account blocked because of some kind of misuse, such as attempting to top up from an account not their own, or repeated or excessive top ups, and is not able to provide the requirements to verify and unlock it. Automatic locks can kick in for fraud prevention / AML, as necessary in such a versatile fintech service. If genuine or borderline cases of abuse are excessive, the rest of us can in effect suffer because of Revolut staff's non-availability while they are occupied with investigation and attempted resolution. So personally I have little sympathy with anyone posting an undetailed criticism in this way.
