Whenever I invite someone round for anything, I do not expect them to help me clean or clear up, no matter how much of a huge pile of clearing up I have to do on my own. They are my guest(s). Oh and by the way, I don't care how many people I invite (I have a big family). What is the point of inviting people to your home to clear up after a meal .. its not difficult - might as well have them re-paint the house (which badly needs it) whilst there at it! Oh and they may have been sitting in the garden - could do with a weed, oh and have used the loo ..... etc etc
