I got both the TCB £78.75 and RAF £100 for my first new account opened on 10 July with N/W. For my 3 subsequent new accounts, I expect/hope for only the TCB/quidco cashbacks. For my 5th new account, I'd expect the £100 cheque from Moneysuperrrewards0

Should you need to speak to someone for general assistance, as opposed to using the options for telephone banking (1) or lost & stolen (2), hit zero and wait.
The automated menu will complain that it doesn't understand that, so hit zero again and you'll get put through to a real person.
It's worked for me twice whilst I've been trying to get set up properly - with them sending me two of several communications and, rather more annoyingly, alternating between two different customer numbers on alternate communications !!!0 -
Could I ask how many times you can get referred? Could 2 different people refer you?
Thank you0 -

Thanks, have just applied through the TCB link. Have to phone Nationwide in the morning though to get the switch team to 'merge' my accounts so I don't have to come in and show ID etc as I have an existing FlexAccount too.....hoping this means they will be able to open my account tomorrow so that my 7 day switch starts on Thursday in time to complete by month end and thus RAF £100 by 20 th Nov rather than 29th Dec.0 -
Anyone received their £100 RAF incentive(s) this month?:grouphug:

So is it typically the case Nationwide pay the RAF incentive well before the 20th of the month following the month in which the switch completes in some cases or do they usually wait to close to that date? (Thought you might be a good person to ask as think I read in another thread you'd done a few RAF.) I have been recommended and my switch is set to complete on 3 Nov so pushing me out to 20 Dec rather than 20 Nov in theory. Thanks.0
