I suggest you phone them. Their direct number is 0845 609 6218.I would certainly phone them and they can check their spread sheet.

One of my payments is missing too. I was advised to wait until tomorrow as it could be processed during the day. If not they will log a complaint in the morning to hopefully get things resolved. This happened last month so I hope I don't have to wait another month.0

All sorted! Yay. My £100 was processed this afternoon after several phone calls and a lovely guy called Chris on the Switch team. He has also given me £25 compensation for the delay and apologised repeatedly. Good luck to everyone else who is waiting for their payments.0

Still no incentive and no remitance in the post, so tried this number, only to be fobbed off with "your 2 DDs need to have come out before the incentive is credited, and only one of yours has".
...so immediately tried this number 'Nationwide direct'. Spoke to a lady who said she would send the refer a friend department a message and get back to me. :cool:
If you ring 0845 609 6218 it puts you straight through to the refer a friend/ switching dept. This was the best number for me to get any refer a friend matters resolved. They can check their spread sheet.0
