Although the ratbags told me this morning if I have questions about my switch I should call 08457 30 20 10. Of course I shall ignore that advice.

I received remittance slip this morning 21st with date they are crediting the payment 22nd . My last refer got credited the 18th and received slip/letter 20th.

I was on the phone today regarding my delayed RAF payment - the phone operative said at latest, Friday, hopefully paid in by 5pm tomorrow. this was due to the maintenance on saturday/sunday.

My letter also says the 22nd. Haven't had a chance to check if my friend got one though.
