Hello. I have a doubt. I already have an account with NW, a flexaccount. I also had a friend recommending me to NW last month, but still haven't switched.
Now, I didn't apply through Topcashback when I opened my flexaccount, but I was thinking on trying to get cashback on top of the RAF reward, so do you think it would be possible to open a flexdirect through topcashback, do the 7-days switch with the two DDs, and get the RAF bonus as well?
In the RAF T&C it states that you can get the bonus even if you already hold an account with them, as long as you switch from a non-Nationwide account, but what if you already have a NW account, and yet you open a second one and do the switch through that? Obviously I could simply switch through my flexaccount and get the 100 pounds, but I wouldn't get the chance to have a cashback as well, and the cashback is only given if you open a new account through TCB and do the 7-days switch.

I have just spoken to the switch dept and advise payment should be made by 23 September. However I have suggested they revisit their site about saying it should be by the 20th. The gentleman I spoke to said they have received a lot of calls regarding the payment today.

I phoned the general call centre (back of the bank card) and told my story. The lady wanted to know the names of the people I recommended as well as their bank details if I had them. I was told she'd email the recommendations department and get back to me in the week. Hopefully it is by the 23rd as mentioned above. I don't really want to wait another month!

Don't you remember who you referred? Can't you ask those people? whoever you got money for, they will also have received their £100.

I referred two people. One has their payment, the other doesn't. I have none
