well done i got my vouchers this morning , they expire march 2008 and are for toymaster and youngsters - never heard of youngsters before

sent mine back 4/9/07 so just under two weeks the postman knocked on door as it was recorded delivery, good luck i dont think you should worry i think it will be in post maybe they tracked it changed it to vouchers for you and that is why its later anyway i'd give them another week then phone again as i bet you get it any day now.:j

we've got it and it is great so the hassle of sending the large package back has paid off good and proper! the aeroplane is definately recommended the girls are so excited by it we are very happy :T

I'm bloomin peeved with mattel.
I sent back 5 of my 3yr olds toys on 23/08 and recieved alternative list and told I had £77 to choose.So I phoned up and chose 5 toys to the same value.That was 4 weeks ago!I have called them 4 times and they say "Yes, we have your order we're just waiting for you to return recalled toys"
When I tell them I have already returned them they say "Oh ,I'll have a look......Oh yes for some reason they've been put on a seperate account in my name still though(they have one account for the toys i returned and one for the toys i chose as alternatives )"we're very sorry, we'll adjust that and send them out priority"I have been through this twice now, last time was last week so when I recieved another alternative product list today I called them to find out what was going on and they said the same thing-they're waiting for me to return toys:eek: .I was livid and made girl sort it straight away and merge accounts while i was on phone.Only then she tells me some of the toys I have chosen are currently out of stock now!!!And it could be another 2 weeks
I have tried emailing only to get an email back asking me to call them.and when i ask to speak to a manager there's never one there.I feel like im pulling teeth.:mad: These were toys i bought for my 3 yr old in good faith and have followed all recall procedures.Shes asking where her pp toys are and i feel like the bad guy.It just isn't on but its like banging your head against a brick wall with mattel.

My vouchers arrived on Friday, i spent them at the weekend , i didnt but Matell/Fisher Price items and the store didnt seem to mind and never said anything

got a call from toysrus the other day about the complaint i sent them weeks ago because they made me go through mattel with toy recall rather than exchanging at their store seems they were wrong they shouldve exchanged them!!!!! bit late now as we got the vouchers and travelled miles to spend them!!!!!!! as there wasnt a toymaster as local as toysrus it was in another town!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek: naughty naughty toysrus shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek: i have forgiven tham as they are local and i know i'll be in there at christmas! dont they just know that too!:D
