I thought you could use Clubcard vouchers for the Eurostar but I can't find it on the rewards website.

    Can anyone help please?

I would like to book for Disney in Feb half term x

only the airmiles way I am afraid ( we did this one year, but had to put some money towards it,as wasnt a fully airmiles deal :( )

Have you seen the SUN deal ?

we are going to go for that in Feb half term ...

£29.50 for 4 tickets ( price hike cos it's school hols!)
then book eurotunnel using Tesco deals ( not turn up for the ferry!) and a cheapy hotel just outside of Disney

    = bargain Disney break

Have you got thermals / ski wear etc ? cos it will be freezing in Feb !

I have just been on the Seafrance website.

    31st Jan Outbound 8.10am £17.50

    3rd Feb Inbound 17.30 £17.50

This is for one adult, one child. Two adults and two children is the same price. Seems like a good deal.

The Sun newspaper is doing a deal whereby you can get a one day entry to disney and your ferry crossing, from £9.50. (price varies depending on which day you want to travel, and the time of the ferries)

its based on 4 people, with a maximum of 2 adults per party (unless you pay extra, think its £50 per extra person whether child or adult)

basically this is a great offer, as entry to DLRP alone would cost you way more than the £9.50 base price, so now its a case of getting your forms in early, and getting a date you want, so you can try and book some cheap travel/hotels

this offer is also limited to a max of 100,000 applications, which isnt really that many

you are basically booking a ferry crossing and getting tickets too...

    so for £9.50 / £17.50 / £29.50 a family of 4 gets entry into Disney :T

you can add on overnight stays etc

but you could just use the tickets and arrange own travel and accom ,as I am plan to

Hi, I am just about to book Disneyland Paris with Thomas Cook - 2 adults, 1 child, 1 infant travelling Eurostar staying in the Santa Fe B&B for 3 nights, park passes included at £403 for Fri-Mon weekend of 16th Jan. This sounds like a really good deal to me, they will still have all their Christmas attractions on apparently. I know it will be cold but I'm sure we can dress for the weather!
Is this a good deal or am I just too enthusiatic cos I want to go??!!
Is it worth paying for those 'fast pass' tickets at that time of year, wouldn't have thought it would be too busy and I'm not sure how much extra they are.
Has anybody stayed at the Santa Fe?
Would so love to give the kids this for Christmas!!!

It lookslike a good deal yes.... i just did a seperate booking with the info you gave and it comes out at £285 for the santa Fe and £233 for the eurostar travelling from Ashford International.

I am suprised it is cheaper as i though the general concensious was to book seperately was the cheapest option.

Does the thomascook offer include the half board evening meals..?. The disney website does not at first but further into the booking you can add it. The cost to add the food is £159. You might want to check out the cost of meals and factor that into it.

Also be aware that when i did the eurostar booking the return journey wasn't direct. It gave no option to come back direct so you might have to change at lille.
  • I was thinking of booking a character meal when we go- probably breakfast. I was wondering though- do people normally book more than one character meal or just the one? If I booked dinner at Cafe Mickey, would there be any point to having breakfast there as well? Would it be worth booking breakfast at Cafe Mickey and dinner/ lunch at the Cowboy Cookout Barbecue? Thanks for any advice.

the Christmas decorations and attractions all finish on 6th January. Mickeys Winter wonderland show carries on until March though.

extra fastpass is per person (ie you'd need 3 of them) and I think they're around 60 euros each per day ! Even if I were going to DLP in the middle of high summer season, I still wouldn't pay that. If you plan your days (there will be no need to on the Friday or Monday, but weekend dates will be busy) you'll still manage to do/see everything

Has anybody stayed at the Santa Fe?

i regularly stay at the Santa Fe, and I really like it - nice and warm in the winter too.

I think, if you're arriving at DLP to get most of your day on Friday in the parks, and most or all of your day on Monday in the parks, you'll have enough time to fully enjoy your visit (just don't plan on doing many rides during the main park day on Saturday or Sunday between 10ish and 5pm, the parks get very busy with local guests every weekend). Maybe concentrate on the shows those days, in both the main park and the Studios.
