OK we have booked it - so excited now!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see DS face on Christmas day :-)
Re the above do you have to/is it advisable to book in advance for the lunch with Mickey? As breakfast is already paid for and you don't seem to think it's worth it would definitely love to do the lunch.
DS is 4, is there anything else we should plan in for the few days?

Thanks for the great advice, are you Mickey and Minnie Mouse posting under pseudonyms .............................

Congrats on booking the trip it is so exciting
I woud book in your meals now especially character dining, Cafe Mickey is a real winner we ate lunch and dinner there, we had 6:30pm reservations and this was perfect as they do a song and dance at 7pmish.

My DD was most interested in hunting characters and watching shows, if you check the website 2 weeks before you go the park schedule should be up.

you can choose what you like from the menu at Cafe Mickey. There is a set menu too, but at 30 euros I think its pricey. If you all like pizza, you could order a couple of those to share (they are very big pizzas) and some starters and drinks, that would cost way less, and you'd still get the same character interaction :).

DLRP food guide is being updated, but you can get ideas of the menu and prices there, the DISboards have a restaurant review thread for DLP restaurants too.
  • Is it still the case that you can't take food into the parks and if so can you get away with it anyway by packing it discreetly?

you can take food and drinks with you into the parks for snacks etc, no-one at security will bat an eye. Just no glass bottles/containers etc.

They are checking for weapons etc not for food / drinks! lol
  • Just looking for a bit of advice. We are going to DLP on 8th December, with our one year old and our 3 year old. We have got thick coats, layers etc, but having read the posts on the Sun holiday thread, I am starting to panic and think that we need ski wear! Have any of you been at that time of the year, and how cold was it? Thanks in advance - don't want to have 2 freezing cold children lol.
  • Does anyone have the link for the The thread on here for the Sun trips to eurodisney please as ive looked and cant see it.
