I moved back in with my parents (along with my partner) about a year ago so we could save up a deposit and buy a house after 3 (disastrous) years of renting. We live as if we're lodgers - we buy our own food, Cook our own meals, spend most of our time in our own room and pay rent and contribute towards bills. I think that's the best way! I don't feel we're hard done by, they're doing us a favour letting us live there. My only gripe is they only have one bathroom and a very tiny kitchen so we're usually all queuing to get in!
