Me, never been interested in North Africa and will probably never go, whereas the middle east like Dubai, Oman, Qatar etc would be fine for me and my family.

its absolutely shocking their human rights abuse but its not something that will stop me going as Value for money you get a lot more than you do for a lot of European destinations.

Also with all the immigration problems I don't think Europe is the safest place to go now
