Just wanted to say how genuinely pleased I was, by the service I was offered from your call centre agent Perry on Sunday evening.
I appreciate the difficulty in staffing a 7 days a week call centre for such extended hours.
He was polite, competent, courteous and thorough with good levels of communication.
It was also appreciated that everything was taken care or right down to remembering to reserve a cot, transfers, baggage and a guaranteed balcony.
Verify the details by email before payment was greatly appreciated and gave us the confidence that we were getting what we were promised and that important details like names were correct.

I would like to say a big thank you to one of your staff, his name was
Antonio.
Antonio was very polite and understanding, he took the time to listen to my
concerns - dealt with my problem in a timely manner - then when he had
resolved my problem got back in touch promptly. He went that extra mile,
above and beyond. Any company would be proud to have him at the helm, this
company needs to employ more people like him.

Brilliant service from Ross, got me exactly what i wanted for a very good price could not be happier!
I will definately be recommending him to friends and family.
One of the only agents i have spoken to that does not sound like a robot reading from a script!

The site makes you specify a destination and board basis when you search, which makes it tricky if you just want 'anything cheap'.
While the filter and search options aren't advanced as some other sites', it's got a good range of last-minute and exclusive offers to choose from.
Also "Guy Anker, a director of consumer advice experts MoneySavingExpert.com, said: "It is utterly appalling that companies are engaging in practices where they are duping potential customers who just want an honest appraisal of their services."

[FONT="]Just another update.... this saga has now taken over three months to sort out and numerous letters to Teletext.
I was finally given an ex-gratia offer from Teletext (Truly Travel) for the extremely poor holiday I received, even though the offer is considerably less that the amount I paid for the holiday, I agreed.
I responded with my bank details on the 12/08/15 and yep as you guessed I STILL haven't received anything.
I have again rang the customer service who told me I would be phoned back... LIE, and I have contacted the TTA who have heard nothing back from them again. [/FONT]

I have written to them again to which they have not replied. I have however (as I send all my correspondence recorded) noted that they have received my letter.[/FONT]
