You don't 'recover' it - you wait for it to be paid. Up to 30 days after completing all criteria.

So, if you've fulfilled all criteria, wait 30 days.

Only worry about it after 30 days.

no, the £100 is from TSB themselves.

Actually no, they said to me last week that it's from MoneySuperMarket.

The URL gives a hint it's from MoneySuperMarket too.
You will only fail to learn if you do not learn from failing.

They may have said this, or you may have misunderstood, or a combination of the two. The one thing you can be sure about is that is will not be Moneysupermarket that pays you for opening a bank account, not least because it would make no commercial sense if they did.

The Moneysupermarket URL gives you no hint whatsoever.

The TSB T&Cs are here http://www.tsb.co.uk/cashback-money-supermarket/

Ive spoken to TSB a couple of times already and both times they have confirmed that THEY DO NOT PAY the incentive - MoneySupermarket or MSE will pay it. Feel free to call them and confirm this.

I don't care who pays it, as long as it's in my account within 30 days :)

Don't know who you were speaking to but neither they nor you have read and understood the T&Cs of the TSB offer, and neither they nor you seem to understand the difference between TSB and MSM/MSE.
