Thank You - re my part time
Know what you mean - I save so much when not at the shops. It then just becomes a habit, looking but not buying.
In the days before I had a mortgage, I just used to see, like and buy without a thought.
In my MFW days, I just got into the habit of see, like and admirethen used to ask myself Do I need it, or Do I just want it, for the sake of it
That question saved me
so much ££'s :j
I have waited, and waited to change the colour in my bathroom, so long so, that my mind,
has changed about 3 different shades ago :rotfl:but then again, my mind changes like the wind,
which is why I have to be sure on the colour of the towels before buying
"Keep Out" of the shops- You will be MF sooner.

Ooh yes, congratulations on finally implementing that plan. I always have white towels - lovely fluffy ones, and my hoarding instinct means I have some serviceable but not pristine ones just sitting in the cupboard. Hmm!Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

Thank you SL.
I actually started initiating the plan several months ago, however work had other plans aka
dragging their feetNice to know I was needed
and actually going in this week for an extra day, however they have given me an extra day off for that :j we are here now,
still have my 2 days to work this week, well will be 3 this week only,
and am staring to think - Do I really need to work :rotfl: answer is yesatm.
I love white fluffy towels, which is why I have 2 sets brand new sitting in the cupboard
along with a gorgeous bright cerise shade and lime green set, but I have a notion for a
cream set and when I was looking found a gorgeous lemon set, now I'm undecided,
so didn't buy either :money:
I love hoarding but also have OCD  but am getting a whole lot better, now I have time
to sort through "stuff" which I "made do" while on my MF journey. I now have the luxury
of spare pennies, so can treat myself every now and then, but not sure I will ever get back
to my days before being a MFW :rotfl:Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -
My favourite towels are King of Cotton - a supplier of linens and stuff to small boutique-type hotels - brilliant quality on everything I have bought. I regularly buy their executive quality slippers (multiple packs that last a year or more between orders and are really "disposable") the website is here for towels and I often get discount codes and offers from themSave £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

Hello TC , thanks - great to see you back, can't wait to hear what you have been up to. Hope it's all good.
So I have now completed 2 weeks of my new working week, and it has been very very busy, but
makes time pass quickly, so over in a flash. All holidays now worked out and have you heard
of anything so ridiculous - I have to work around 22-24 days from now to take me to theend of March. Whoopie doo
Well Bexster, today I finally gave in and bought the bl**dy towels, and couldn't wait to see how they looked
in the bathroom so hung them up, tags and prices still on, just to see how they looked, all I can say
is good choiceback down now and will wash them tomorrow.
Also got myself a lovely fleece top - it is cold up here - you know, and I have a feeling although they
have just reduced my d/d by £21it just may be going back up - as the heating is on a wee bit more
than if I was at work during the day :rotfl::( a girl just can't win - well in the winter anyway.
Next saving is I will have to try and get to lid1's to use their £10 voucher, will stock up on things I
can store :money:
Thanks to Fresh Cotton for reminding me to remove mortgage company from my deeds, just making
excuses not to fork out between £250 and £400  to get the deed done. Now, what did I put the deeds ? :think:Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -
Hurrah for towels! It did make a bit of difference to my energy bill being home much more. Although I can claim a % as I also work from home.
Those 22-24 days will seem like nothing!
Well done you

Morning all, from a very white frosty morning here.
So wearing my new fleece top, and guess what - I'm roasting and big bonus - no heating on - yet :j
Washing is on, bed changed - I also bought a new teddy fleece mattress topper, a while back, so I will be toast tonightgot to say though was not cold at all last night, new windows, must be working keeping out the cold.
Just housework planned for today and tomorrow - more shoppingGot my eye on a few things,
well mind really as I have to try and find them.
What's on the agenda for all, today.Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190
