Applied for the Revolut card, the card did take a while to come but I ordered well in advance. I've loaded a few hundred on to the card no problem and got the bonus. Only issue I've had is it hasn't verified my identity - says it takes 15mins....still processing 8 hours later??

And also this magnetic stripe activation, I only read that on here...

Travelling to the U.S. in 2 days.., waiting for someone to sort these two issues.....

M husband has just signed up for this, can you tell me how we proceed? We fly early hours Tuesday so would it definitely be guaranteed to get to us by Monday?

Please talk to us in the chat so we can look at your ID again.
Regarding the magnetic strip, it should be activated, but we can double check that for you in the in-app chat. This should only take a few minutes. We are online right now and for another 10 hours!

We are giving an approximate delivery date of 3 working days, so you should get it. However please talk to us on the chat so we can look into this and possibly assign you an emergency card.

Ordered Revolut card last week according to app posted 17/8 still not here so beware if order last minute.

Very happy with revolut card. Worked well. Customer service was efficient. Great service and excellent exchange rates. Did all it promised and easy to exchange and transfer money when abroad. Paid all my bills by transfer and used cashpoint.

Very happy with my card, the online and phone support, and ease of use of my Revolut card. Read about it on here but was only a few days away from holiday. Phoned up and asked about delivery and very helpful lady promised delivery within a day or two, which happened. Got the £5 MSE bonus. Used it in France but only for ATM cash withdrawals - was going to use it in a restaurant but it didn't take card payments!!!

Exchange rates that i got varied from 1.4042 to 1.4076, with no fees of any kind.

Going via ferry to Holland in September - looking forward to using my card there and will report back on my experience. 10/10 so far for Revolut from me.

It seems like lots have people have posted here about teething problems with the card but not then updated posts so that readers can see how things worked out using the card.

We travel on Tuesday so I intend to try to keep the post updated with any teething problems we encounter.

So far we ordered the card on Tuesday night (18/08/2015), my husband contacted Revolut via support app,yesterday to say we hadn't received the card and they issued an emergency card for us.

Today the emergency card turned up recorded delivery, no signof the original but our post for today hasn't yet arrived.

So far no complaints and Revolut have done what they promised to us on Tuesday (ensured we received the card in time for travel)

We have yet to use the card, so once we've done that I'll update the post again.
