    Hi animalhouse,

    We only support Android 4.2 and above. Could you check this for me?
    Google play store says that the revolut app is incompatible with my kindle fire phone. Does anyone know a way around this?

    Revolut are ignoring my DM's asking for an update where my pre paid card is. I've just called them and they told me that there is a massive back log on card orders and I'll have to wait a few weeks for a card in the post. I can have a temporary card but I don't trust that tbh.

    I'm off to Orlando next Friday so can anyone recommend another pre paid card that I can use in the states and one that I can get asap.

    Hi Tony,

    We can definitely get a card to you by next Friday! What we offered you is an emergency card, this is the same as a normal card but without your name, other than that you can use it in exactly the same way as a normal card.

    We don't want anyone going on holiday without their Revolut card, as a result we offered you an emergency card.

    I hope you can change you mind and use our services. If you do please email support@revolut.com asking for an emergency card and stating your mobile number you used to sign up with. We will make sure you get your card by Thursday!

    I'm currently in Barbados and have tried to withdraw money from several ATMs but every time it's been declined. I've made one payment by card but I need cash and stupidely didn't have a back up plan!!! The in app support is really great but I've been unable to find out why this is leaving us unable to do anything we planned. I think the company may have tried to call me but I'm unable to take the call because of additional costs.

    Hi kazc82,

    The issue here is that the mag-stripe on your card by default is switched off as it's less secure than chip and PIN and the ATM used is mag-stripe only.

    We have enabled this for you and your account is unlocked, you will now be able to withdraw cash from the ATM. Let us know if you would like the mag-strip to be turned off again.

    Use only The Blue Machine | Republic Bank ATM machines, in order to avoid charges.

    I ordered the revolute card recently, was very skeptical however I found the app smile easy to use and actually really good works fine on iPhone. I topped up £10 and used MSE to get the extra £5 before loading up with more money I ordered card which I received within the week. I also withdrew funds to try this feature and I got it within the hour straight into my bank. My final leap of faith is to try it when I go to the U.S. Next week so fingers crossed all is good :-)
