Not heard a dicky bird from the HA since the lovely silly meeting on Friday.
    Nothing about the bungalow
    Nothing about the complaint
is fine its sort of walking into the ombudsman complaint silly billies

seriously not like me to go daft one thing I dont suffer from is lack of self belief
  • Maybe you can't quite believe something has gone well for a change? I get like that, when something good happens I panic because I expect it all to fall apart.

Gz Melly :) and fantastic to be getting PPE from them - so few companies actually provide all the PPE despite it being their responsibility

Kinds tempted to see about doing some free courses. Some days my brain is the only thing that works lol

dunno why scared, I am really not shy, shy is not something I am
They are already asking for sizes for PPE so I will get shiny new shoes and stuff (trust me this is rare)

    still gone daft though

Melly, I'm not surprised you're scared!
A new job is always scary, however much you want it! It's that big unknown greyness in front of you!

Just think back to all the new experiences you ever had......

    Starting school! Scary!
    Starting secondary school! Scary
    College? University? Scary stuff!
    First job? Monster scary!
Other jobs? All scary at first!

But you survived it all! And ended up feeling safe and secure and enjoying it!
New people? Scary! But you gradually got to know them all!

So that big scary unknown greyness...............on your first day, a little bit of light will chink through.
Then each subsequent day, a bit more light will chink through, and gradually the picture will emerge, pixel by pixel!

So just take it one little day at a time...............don't think too far ahead! :A

    Edit.....what's PPE?

  • ^ Wot she said.

I need to bribe WaSp into collecting my tablets and creams. It is raining and the poor guy doesn't want to get wet but my head is falling off from lack of psoriasis cream. Bribery is the key!

Blimey! What does the job involve, Melly? Pot-holing? Sky-scraper building? Welding? Chain-sawing? :rotfl:
