not rude code.
Have you called your GP? Can you work from home for a while?
still furious
oh and didnt get any sleep, Tomcat had a brawl OH panicked then some lovely drunken women had a fight outside until I lost my temper and threw a bucket of cold water on em.0 -
Morning everyone.
Hope your gp can help Code
I got no sleep either Melly. Little Sod was barking at nothing all night. He knew he was due to be listed on eBay this morning so gave me his best cute face. He isn't forgiven but we might let him stay a little bit longer.0 -

How rude of me.
Not rude, Code. When you're in pain, social courtesies are allowed to go out of the window! Even if you told us to F off, we wouldn't mind! (IUSWIM!)
Do you need another whole week? Maybe another two or three days, and/or some home working, as Melly says.(I just lurve spiders!)

I love :eek:0 -
Big hugs Code, hope the doctor can sort something for you so the pain goes away. Don't worry about 'taking the pee' if you have longer off work. There are plenty times when you're well enough to potter at home but not well enough to get dressed, go outside and sit in a stuffy office all day!
Even bigger hugs for Faerie - I have no words. I hope you get the surgery soon. Are there any other specialist teams in other cities around the country? It might be worth getting your GP to investigate, if your specialist works 1 day a week and is primarily private then it's just going to drag on and on.
I am loving WaSaurus' new name! There are whole glittery dinosaur families out there waiting to be adopted! I love the names of these: Angesaurus Rex, Evelynedon, Frankylosaurus!
I went to see Inside Out on Saturday and it was really good! I think you'd like it WaS as it was very clever at portraying the different emotions and how they have to work together as well as how memories are created, stored and lost, but there is a sad bit in the middle that might upset you.Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Loves to code and WaS and melly and katy and just EVERYONE who needs them!
I had an interesting weekend - on the good side my cheerios were great, I'm going to be a best man again, I have a pretty new bracelet and I'm still loving my Zombie running app.
On the bad side, I got a bit tiddled on Saturday, and me and OH picked up a pizza on the way home.
Looks like it had mushrooms in.
Three hours later, massive rash, head down the loo, itching like crazy, and it's still persisting now. I feel dreadful, I have been so violently ill that my throat and eyes hurt.
I hate allergies. And I hate Mondays. I want my bed.

I know, I appear like little Mrs Negativity at the min.
One thing guaranteed to send me loopy is what they did Friday, before I was angry but it was a squawly anger and would have blown over, now I am cold angry which is when I am dangerous.0 -
