Melly, I'm sorry you're so angry. I'm really worried that the anger will damage your health too. Could you cry, and let it out that way?

anger is the only way to deal with them.
being reasonable has got us here.
Your right its going to screw me up but so is leaving it (what is wanted is for me to stop pushing for a move, they did the same last time and it worked cos MIL was diagnosed and I didnt have the energy)

I'm just concerned about what all the anger is doing to you. Try and have a good cry.

    I agree with pyxis.

Let your anger spur you to action, but when you have done all you can reasonably do for now, then find a way to dissipate your remaining anger. Try not to hold it. It will be devastating on your body.
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

All I can do has been done for now, just gotta wait for the solicitor to call.

I am thinking I will ignore all communication from them until I have spoken to the solicitor for now

The anger can be fuel to deal with them, but be careful it doesn't consume you. I hope it also helps you keep yourself going (it sucks that you need to be strong to fight them, but you can only win if you look after yourself too)

    Hi Pyxis!

    How are you!?

Sorry I seemed to disappear for a little while..

Little update about my job application.. I smashed the dispatch test paper.. pass mark was 50%, I had 76%.. highest mark! yayyyy!!

Went for an all you can eat breakfast this morning in Exeter... oh my god. It was amazing. I'm annoyed at myself for not having a bigger appetite.. I had 2 plates of full english and 4 pancakes with nutella.. yummy!!

    {squishes} all round.
and {squish with tennis ball} for moo
and {gentle squish with soft fluffy ink blanky} for faerie - how ya doing?

Three days of working hard for me. Saturday we moved 2 tonnes of earth and 3 tonnes of rubble, now nicely waiting for skip to arrive for disposal. Sunday the shed was delivered at 6am (by a surprisingly chipper and helpful man) and we finished building on it at 8pm last night and today I have finished building and then painted the shed. Decided to paint it yellow and orange in the end, despite me wanting red and OH wanting blue and I have to say it looks most cheerful and, rather like a surf shack. Can't wait to see OH's reaction. Good to keep busy - seems to help the low feelings, but difficult to do the physical work with so little sleep and my clumsy, but relatively few ouchies to show for my efforts - so positive feeling today.
