I am getting very frustrated with my ME/CFS and FMS. Today I'm foggy headed, and my shoulder blades are burning white-hot pain, had all the meds i can take atm.
Considering going to sleep and see if it passes a bit with a nap. Sorry for the moan, I usually manage to stay pretty upbeat but the shoulder blade pains are so debilitating. Hard to do anything when every arm movement is tear inducing
Will hopefully be back and more cheerful this evening:AStarting again on my own this time!! - Defective flylady! :A0 -
Evening my lovelies,
Been quiet as not a lot to say and I have been spent a bit of time filling and sanding walls.
So might be able to get some paint up on the walls in the next few days. Have to do wash coat and then the colour as bare plaster walls.
But then is glossing to do!!!!!
Flybaby if you ever get bored please pop by mine. What you did at the weekend pales to what little I have done digging out my raised beds LOL!!! Makes me feel so lazy.
Melly I know you are very angry but please think of yourself. Not being funny you have already had TIA's. Please don't hasten more of those or a full blown one. I would not wish that on anyone even my worse enemy.
Oh and if anyone has netflix give "The Fuzz" a watch a bit mad. its about puppets and humans. yes I know very bizarre.
I was very good food wise today. Shake for breakfast. Two rolls at lunchtime and tea was steamed chicken breast with buttered veggies. Still feel stuffed now at tea was 5.30!!!!
And no spending today unlike yesterday :rotfl: But maybe tomorrow as a I think a steak is on the cards as well as the cinema Ant man.
Yours

Misread that as randy...:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

Perimenopause whitewing I have no libido at all.....0
-
Why is it that whenever you're told to adopt a healthy lifestyle eg for perimenopause, the guidance is to avoid caffeine, alcohol and stress. Personally speaking it's the avoidance of caffeine, alcohol (and chocolate) that causes me stress. I have also decided that libido is overrated. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Back pain
Think escapee is being rather cantankerous today. I suspect jail break is pretty imminent. Although saying that I will now go uncomfortably over due!!0 -
Ooooh a jailbreak, Katy! Ignore me bouncing around you excitedly! Is she here yet? What about now? now? maybe now? I'll shut up.
How are you doing, Melly? I am worried about you. Huge hugs.
Well, I had another long sleep, 16 hours in all broken up by my carers visit. I am not quire sure what is happening. It could be my mental health but it could equally be my immune disorders. I have noticed I have lower back pain and leg cramps which could be Addison's disease flaring which always knocks me out. I don't feel unwell, just incredibly exhausted constantly and it's annoying. I feel a bit silly emailing my doctor and saying I can't stop sleeping, but if the back pain continues I will have to incase it is a flare. Feels like I am wasting his time...
Mind you, I may have sympathy pains with you, Katy. Did I mention I am excited?Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Not here yet WaS, I think I may have just had wind!
It sounds like your body has decided it needs the sleep for whatever reason. I'm sure if the pain continues your doctor wouldn't mind an email. It is what they are paid for and what they want to do, after all.
When I was counselling I used to have clients often say they didn't want to feel like they were wasting my time. I used to explain that I hoped I never gave the impression they were wasting my time and I would be mortified if anyone thought that. I chose that job as I wanted to help people, and if someone worried about something enough to think of mentioning it to me then it was something important to them and therefore not a waste of time at all.
I held hour long sessions, which was their hour to use as they pleased. It was not down to me to dictate what was a waste and what wasn't.
I like to think that doctors feel similarly. It's not a job you could get into unless you were passionate about helping people.0
