Anyone would be angry in your situation Melly. At least you are going through the proper channels to sort things though. It may take longer and be a complete faff, but at least you know you are not lowering yourself to their level.

What sort of plants attract bumble bees? Once our garden is sorted I can start from scratch with my planting next year so want to get a plan together.

Love bumblebees too. I had my door open a few weeks ago and one flew onto the door jam and I refused to close the door until it had flown off, in case I hurt it. They're just so fuzzy and jolly looking.

Been signed off for half the week and had my medication increased to try to help. Managed to go to the supermarket while I was waiting for the prescription and didn't buy any junk food. I was tempted by crisps but managed to resist. Plans today are to wait for DA dog to return from his walk then snuggle on the couch and watch TV, interspersed with naps.

Melly, it's understandable to be angry.

Katy here is a link to plants that bumblebees like. It also tells you the ones they can't access.

How dare they try to make out that the fact they mislaid at least one payment is my fault!
How dare they try to make out like this wasnt done to cause maximum distress!
How dare they not admit to his behaviour

    shaking and absolutely furious
  • melly all the hugs, they do it because they think they can get away with it. They won't, because you won't let them. Let it add to your determination, but not to your boss pressure or the conditions you are managing. I know it's really hard to get that balance, just worried it will make you more ill

this is the last email I sent

    Dear Mr xxx,

A neighbour witnessed your colleagues behaviour and it was such that text messages asking my husband if he was ok were received.

The arrears are not that amount, you may want to check your figures again. Even going by your figures they would be £448.58. I am confused as to how a payment made in exactly the same way as the one before it and the one after it using the same method (payment via natwests app where it is set up with the reference on and all i do is enter an amount) can go astray.

Unfortunately an apology is not enough on this occasion as whether this was your intention or not the notes on our account indicating both my husbands and my health should have flagged up that it would be the incorrect action to take, and as explained repeatedly in the earlier emails

1 - the amount your quoting is incorrect, please send Shelter the rent statement they were requesting (for a period of 12 months so I can see what other payments you have mislaid)

2 - Shelter as my appointed representative as I am not dealing with this following the last time this happened, agreed a payment plan with you

    3. The Community Law Partnership will be representing me, I shall have a solicitors name in the next couple of days, their current advice is to let this run as we will be able to prove harassment in court.

As stated in an email to CEO this morning, I am disgusted that you have chosen to use April (Mother in laws death) and May (Due to HAs actions I had a series of Mini Strokes) as your period to show irregular payments and yet don't show the lovely regular overpayments for the period before. I feel that following last time and the information I have since read in my S.A.R (I already told her that lol) you are the wrong person to deal with my account and have asked that this is passed to someone else.

Mellymoo, I can really feel your anger. You must feel that there is so much in your life, and has been in the past too, making you angry at the moment. :A

I am angry Pyxis, because they are nasty nasty people they made this weekend (when we should have gone out as it was OHs first birthday without his mum) a lot more painful than it needed to be.
They get caught out and instead of any form of apology they blame the victim
until this I have been reasonable so
you want me to have a case review a case review we have
you want me to have an OT assessment ok they OT assessment we shall have.
But you upset someone you know is suicidal I am going to go mad.
    lol
