Glad you're feeling ever so slightly better melly - try to put it to one side over the weekend if you can, and if the annoying neighbours let you.

Good news with the tribunal dragonette - that must be a big relief. And they're not going to think you're making things up - the way things are getting cut if they thought that, you wouldn't have got the appointment in the first place.
Eta - have to go now, Gitdog is complaining that my computer is in my lap and he isn't.

Sounds familiar! I get pawed by one of the dogs (she's small, thankfully!) if I'm on my tablet / phone and not giving her attention. Sorry!

You had fruit in the form of a banana and the jam in the donut.

Please stop being so harsh on yourself.

I think that everyone needs to cut themselves some slack. As life to be truthful even with all the technology we have is not getting any less stressful. I believe it is getting more and more.

And as people try and compete with each other to have more and more.

I am starting to de-clutter. As the old saying goes less is more. I am from now going to buy food, stuff that I would like for the house such as the odd bit of furniture, cleaning supplies and of course loo rolls LOL!!!! and the odd bit of clothes. As I have enough clothes (need to loose weight to fit in to some of them), makeup etc to last a little while. And the odd item for pressies.

My back is killing me after having taken 10 bags in one go yesterday to the tip

Have a fete to go to, in the village my parents live in. So will be going up my mums for lunch then on to the fete.

I do hope everyone has a good day today. As the sun is shinning here very bright. Might need to get the sun cream out.

    Yours

    Calley

Well done on tribunal, Dragonette! Don't worry, they won't think you are making it up. I know exactly how you feel because I have so many mental health labels that when I have to tell someone it looks like I have searched for mental health terms and quoted the lot. It is you they want to know though, not what category labels fit into. Just carry on being as honest as you are, you are doing the right thing.

Please don't feel guilty for walking away from your fantasising friend. It is a risk anyone who chooses to do it takes. Few people can put up with being constantly lied to and manipulated, even if the person doesn't mean to hurt others by it. It is a huge breach of trust and very few friendships can survive it. None of my peer friendships did, it was only the adults who realised what I was doing and that I was unwell who put up with it. That is totally fair, I couldn't expect lasting friendships with anyone else when I constantly lied. Look after you, you are not responsible for your friend's emotions.

Have a good day at the fete, Calley!

I am having a guilty day. I woke up thinking I didn't murder my dad as I was told but questioning if I murdered my mother. I must have been dreaming about it. I will be in the fort.

How are you feeling today, Melly? I really hope it is a better day for you.

Actually within the last five minutes I have thought about-

The fact I may have murdered my mother
That I let everyone down who tried to help me as a child
That I ruined my career by being psychotic and everyone must have hated me
That people laughed at me and thought I was insane for most of my 20's
That I have hurt most people I have in contact with

Uhuh. It is going to be one of those days where my brain decides I am going to feel ashamed and generally awful all day. I may return to bed and try this waking up thing again.

    Heads bad WaS.
I am forcing some smoothie down as yesterday I had nothing.
We should have gone to TGIs for OHS burpday but oddly enough we weren't in the mood.

OH didn't sleep last night which means today will be bad (you know it makes OCD and depression worse)

Driving lesson then joining you in the fort.

I have reported it to environmental health this morning. Time for independent noise monitoring stuff (OH thinks they know someone at the HA and following the huge ramp up of noise since I dumped their recording stuff back yesterday I agree)
