I've had a lie in after being woken up at stupid o'clock by lots of shouting and someone trying to kick a neighbours door in. I briefly contemplated phoning the police before remembering the phone was downstairs so I turned over and went back asleep. That probably makes me a bad neighbour, but I reckoned if they wanted the police they could phone themselves, as it's not the first time.
My dreams are mainly work related at the moment, which worries me slightly.
Sulking and chocolate sound like a viable strategy, WaS. Do you find if you sleep during the day you wake up feeling worse? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Sleep is weird for me in general because as I have said I have to get enough sleep. If I don't my chemicals imbalance very quickly, I cannot even stay awake when I am tired because my hallucinations step up. Added to that, I am so addicted to the anti-psychotics that I cannot sleep at all without the 'night time' dose. Even if I have been awake for 24 hours beforehand I still won't sleep, my body is totally dependant on them.
So more than when I sleep it depends on how much I sleep and how tired I am. I need 10 hours a day to rest properly, mainly because it is drug induced. I did wake up several times during the night actually, which could be connected to today's thoughts. I can't nap so I am sort of stuck like this until I start to get tired and can take the next dose of pills.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

I think today might be another bad food day. My friend at work told me off Thursday as apparently I have lost my bottom0 -
Are you managing to drink, Melly? Make sure you don't dehydrate because we do get a lot of liquid from food. It sounds like you need some headphones, there is a brilliant rain sounds video on youtube that plays for hours. I find it very soothing, it just occasionally makes me run for a wee a lot!Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Not drinking enough WaS in grip if proper relapse0 -
Aw, I thought that might be the case, Melly. Big hugs. Can you manage 2 tablespoons of water an hour? That is what my doctor told me to try when I couldn't drink? It isn't enough for your body to function properly but it is enough to stop organ damage in the short term.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

I immediately thought if I had the energy and the clear head I could turn that into a short story. I am sure parts of it were distressing but I am slightly jealous! There was a brilliant one about bank robberies that I had and it had a twist at the end, but I forgot to write it down and now I can't remember why it was so brilliant.
I very rarely have interesting dreams, as I hardly ever remember them, though luckily, these days, I don't get the terrible anxiety dreams I used to get.
However, I remember one dream, years and years ago, that was just like watching a dramatic film. I wasn't in it; it was just as if I were watching it as an audience. It was about two brothers, about love unrequited and requited, and self-sacrifice for the sake of another, and it had a very dramatic and poignant ending. When I woke up it was as vivid as anything, so I decided I had to write it down. As soon as I started to do so, it was as if it were made of foam bubbles..........it disintegrated, and melted away. All I had left were the closing minutes of the 'film', but everything else, the plot, the reasons for it all, the emotion of it all, had all evaporated.
I was soooooooo disappointed, and felt quite bereft.
The brain is so strange!(I just lurve spiders!)
