I have fallen desperately in love with another Lindy Bop dress and I want to buy it for the wedding I'm supposed to be going to...and they have it in my size. But...They recommend going a size up (and I'll need to for the sweater melons) and they don't have that size. Sob. I'm going to carefully monitor in the hope that they get it back in. It's this one!
Thank you for all your lovely comments and sorry for being a drama queen!!
Bee-oootiful dress! Let's hope they get it back in.(I just lurve spiders!)

Afternoon,
Flipping heck you lot can chat for england :rotfl:
Slightly better nights sleep but I did take a sedative to help.
Any how went out to a local town. Took husband and we had large coffee and muffin each nearly £10:eek: He was paying :rotfl:
I did spend money sorry. £3 in the poundland. I bought a plant and two yes two pedometers. They are Rosemary conley ones and I got a little gym backpack with each. I wanted a pedometer for a while. So thought that they might not be too bad we shall see.
And then went to Asda and spent £4.48.
Been to the tip twice today and I have long nails so while cleaning out the boot of the car. yes you did hear right cleaning out the boot of the car. I have broken off one my nails. Now that is partly my own fault due to the length But it broke off so low it made me bleed Boo Hoo:(
I have another job I am toying with applying for 30hrs a week again walkable in 10-15mins from home.
I have decided to try and stay off the internet as much as I can during the day so I get more stuff done. So if you don't see me much about during the day that is why. Or I am back working LOL!!!
Right I am going to have a quick whizz around the site and then maybe do something else today. No idea what who knows the secret of the back magic box. And all because the lady loves milk
tray.
And code those dresses are lush and you will great in them.
Yours

Afternoon everyone.
I do love those dresses code!
WaS, I find 5am a good time at the moment to go for a walk. Light enough that it doesn't feel too weird, enough traffic noise you don't spend all your time listening out for zombies, and anyone that is about at that time is too half asleep to want to bother you anyway. Oh and there aren't other dog walkers about so Little Sod can actually relax and have a poo without having to be on high alert!
Flybaby, how are the small changes going? I did OK today as I had a salad for lunch instead of the sandwich I was going to have, but have since gone back to bed with a bar of chocolate!
I also walked Little Sod down to the post box in addition to his usual walk.
I went for lunch at work today and everyone looked so busy and stressed out I felt really guilty. Apparently there has been noone to replace me so they are all having to do extra hours. They were lovely to me, but I still feel awful.0 -

I feel like I've begun to start hearing things.. Whilst I was in bed yesterday I could literally swear on my life that I heard someone in my flat whisper my name.. I was so convinced I refused to move from where I was laid.. I didn't get up for ages to check if there was anyone in my house because I was THAT scared!
I've also just started to hear vibrating.. could be anything but I'm starting to get freaked out!
Hope you're all ok!

I don't know what it's called, but there's a state between sleeping a waking. Only recently, I too could have sworn I heard someone say something. And it was that close, as if they were only a couple of feet away. If you were in bed, you may have just fleetingly started to doze, not enough to be conscious of it, but just enough for your brain to play a trick.
The vibrating........this is weird, because I've been hearing something as well, just yesterday! To be honest, I just put it down to something happening elsewhere that was picked up and amplified by the house or something in the house.
It wasn't there today.
There are so many different waves bombarding us that, if conditions are right, they could be causing the vibrations you heard.
In the same way as, if the wind is in the right direction at the right speed, it can penetrate tiny cracks and cause weird noises.(I just lurve spiders!)

Pyxis, it very well could be that but I could've sworn I was fully awake.. But to be fair I did sleep a lot yesterday so you very well may be right.
It was only the once I heard the vibrating so hopefully that was nothing!
How are you?

Not too bad! Good bits and bad bits!
Managed to sort out a boxroom. (I was going to call it a gloryhole, an expression I've used all my life for a large cupboard or boxroom full of junk and stuff, but apparently it's got another, horrid meaning now, so I daren't.)
I had lots of shoes in their boxes piled on the floor, so I bought some hanging shoe caddies, and now they're all off the floor. Sorted a wardrobe too, so now I know what's in there.
Got to tackle a bedroom next, but that's for another day. But have bought a double hanging rail to put all my AmDram stuff on, which is all over the place at the moment. Will put that together tomorrow.(I just lurve spiders!)

Sounds like you've got a lot done today then!
I have the spare bedroom to sort out but I literally have no energy to even contemplate doing it!
I feel like I've got something accomplished.. I cooked an entire roast dinner - on my own and I didn't screw it up!
I know, how on earth have I never cooked a roast before?

Thanks for the questionnaire jm. I will do the survey over the weekend.
ETA: Does it sound weird if I say that I am laughing at your gloryhole, pyxis!:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0
