    Yep my male

There is a girlie in season she visits and sits outside hoping he can get out (little sod)
Extra dogs by his front door meant he was scared someone would get to her first so howl in mummy's face she will take you out probably

    Hi WaS and team WaS

Sorry I was on a sleep in shift when your hello was posted.
I am ok but struggling a bit.
I'm so sorry I disappeared again. Life is odd at the moment for me.
    Possible penguin about domestic abuse.
I had to separate from my husband in June when his behaviour became totally unacceptable:( No actual violence towards me, but have been attending a freedom group at the local women's centre about domestic abuse and sadly recognise stuff from every other behaviour list:( Have been together since I was 17 (am now 41) so it's a huge life change. Struggling a bit as due to the mortgage etc. we are still house sharing but with separate bedrooms thank goodness.
I'm feeling all sorts of emotions, very angry, very sad, lost, gutted and relieved which says a lot! My anxiety spiralled at first and has triggered eating and sleeping changes which are not good, I'm hoping they start to settle down soon as I have lost over half a stone in 4 weeks:(

Got a health scare going on too and my GP advised I have to come off my meds in case it is linked to long term side effects. So, really not a good time to go through withdrawal symptoms and extra stress:(

Any spare hugs would be lovely, I like squishes too. If no-one minds I am going into the duvet fort for a bit to have a cry. Have got a large plate of homemade twinks oaty biscuits and a pot of herbal tea to share:). I have developed a good real life support network in the past couple of years, so I'm not coping alone. My friends and my dad are strangely not as surprised as I expected, I guess you don't know what others can see from the outside.

    I feel a bit free-er:cool:

Love, hugs and warm handshakes to everyone, this thread has kept me afloat through some dark nights and I will be eternally grateful:A Even when you think you are just chatting about ordinary everyday stuff, it helps so much.It reminds me that the world is ok, just my bit is broken but will be ok once I access my new life.

Sorry for the essay, feel bit better for typing it out:)

    Thank - you everyone xxx

Lots of hugs and squishes for anyone who would like them, and extra for metalswan!

I've been thinking about penguins (I am famous for it, in our family. I looooove penguins!)

It's occurred to me that there isn't much point in having whited out penguins if we don't give an indication of why they are a penguin, otherwise people have to read them to find out whether they are a trigger! Can we agree that before a penguin people should say what it's about, so for example if anyone hates reading about spiders, they can ignore that one?

    End penguin :)

    Right my lovelies,

    Back home never met him.

he forgot. I rang him after waiting 15 mins and he asked me a strange question what I am doing today meeting you for lunch. Whats the time 11.45!! Oh wait I will be 15 mins. Nearly 12.10 I text to say I am leaving.

Get home and find a message on the website we chat through had run out of credit so could not reply!!!

Not sure what I feel. Not angry which is good. But I think disappointed that someone who as been so keen could muck it. Never mind I have decided that people get one chance and one chance only.

    So next LOL!!!

Metalswan sorry to hear you are not so good. umm home made biscuits yumm. Shove over I will join you in the fort LOL!!! I will bring some oreo's.

    Yours

    Calley

Thanks everyone, have been trying to edit my post to white out the penguin and a couple of typos but despite trying for a couple of hours it's not working. I can't work out why and my anxiety is now sky high.
So, many apologies but going back to bed with my cuddly cats until I feel better.
Hugs and warm handshakes all round xx

Ha ha, metalswan, don't worry, the penguin remark was not directed at you (or anyone in particular!) In fact your penguin didn't come across to me at all as a penguin. Yes there were horrid things in it, but it shone through that you are a lovely person who is really coping well with a massive amount of change and stress. Would the duvet fort like a delivery of high quality ice cream with plenty of sauces and flakes? xxx

Will update a bit more later but work did not go so well, so I am now home a lot earlier than I should be!

Glad you are feeling free-er metal swan. Sometimes you feel differently to how you expect you would towards a situation. It's no bad thing, just shows the changes you have made may have more positives to them than you originally expected.

Calley, at least you know how flakey he is before wasting too much of your time on him! I adopted the 'one chance only' rule a little while ago and subsequently met hubby, so it isn't a bad rule to have!
