    Ah, but occasionally you do find extras in the pack! That's why it's important to set everything out and identify and count all the components before you start!

    (I have put together dozens and dozens of flat packs over the years. Mainly IKEA, but one or two others as well.)

    Let me think....
    The TV doesn't complain about the facilities.
    The TV doesn't keep trampling me when I nod off in the chair.
    The TV doesn't emit noxious odours under my nose.
    The TV doesn't snore, and has a volume control.
    The TV doesn't decide it needs to go out just when the programme gets to a good bit.
    The TV doesn't moult all over me .

    Then again, tv's just aren't the same on the cute(ish), cuddly and swishy front.

    Ok, you win. My oversized lapdog has a temporary reprieve.
