calley -when I forget to renew my prescription certificate online, you can just ask the pharmacist for the form, fill it in and then they keep it and send it off for you.

Hugs to all for crap days and of course, customary squishes.

Well done, Calley! You were so brave!

Big hugs and warm handshakes to all that need them and a hug for Pluto. I may have cried when contact with New Horizons was made last night. You should have seen me when the little Curiosity robot landed on Mars, I was in floods. I personify everything.

I am doing better today. I am very drugged so my thoughts are a foggy mess but the psychosis is a lot less. I can stop my emergency anti-psychotic dose in two days and then I should feel slightly more with it and awake. The most annoying and again embarrassing aspect of the rise in medication is I now dribble! I have no idea why this happens but I seem to produce more saliva and drift off into being half asleep, then wake up again dribbling! I am also finding it hard to balance and sort of shuffling when I walk. It doesn't tend to happen with modern anti-psychotics so please no one be put off of taking them, it is just because I am on a very old one that still has lots of side effects..

Glad to hear that you are feeling better.

I dribble in my sleep and that has nothing to do with any meds I take.

WaS, that Pluto cartoon..........Pluto wasn't really sad when the Flyby flew past and didn't stop.

What really happened, was that there was Pluto, minding his own business, enjoying his own company. He's a recluse, doesn't like being with other planets, hence why he has his own, very different plane of orbit, and why he's right on the edge of the solar system.

Anyway, there he was, lost in his usual musings, when along comes an annoying little gnat, flying really close to Pluto's face, without so much as a by-your-leave! Invading his personal space!

"Argh!" thought Pluto, "Don't say, please don't say that this gnat is going to orbit me? Or, worse still, LAND on me? Please, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! That would be hell on earth, I mean hell on Pluto!"

So imagine Pluto's relief when the Flyby didn't descend to land, and didn't go into orbit, but slowly sailed past, getting further and further away with every second.

Pluto heaved a huge sigh of relief, and settled back into his solitary musings, realising what a lucky escape he had just had. :A

  • Hahahaha! I love that, Pyxis! I am adopting that story as reality! Now I am imagining Pluto trying to swat New Horizons as it flew past!
