    I used to run a support group and we won a grant with the galaxy hot chocolate promotion a couple of years ago. They were really helpful and gave us loads of freebies. We didn't get a huge number of votes either so I think you stand a very good chance!

    Thanks everyone.

    When I got in the room I said I have confession to make I have never had a smear before.

    I was waiting to get a ticking off. As I said she was so nice and fab and lovely. She was also impressed I could tell her when my 1st day of my last period was as well.

    She even ran the speculum under the hot tap to warm it up.

    I just built it up in my mind as something terrible. I have never had children and never had intimate exam before.

    I really don't know why I was worried.

    So please guys if I can do it you all can.

    And talking of ice cream I off to local farm ice cream shop this morning. Thats going to do my diet good :rotfl:

    Georgie - it's named after the Black Veil Brides song :) but we had the Poison one in our Senior mix last year and in our Junior mix this year.

    Thanks. I was more put out that I was 1st appointment of the day for the Dr and the Dr was running 10 mins late. I did suggest that I thought it was more than depression.

    But he upped my tabs and sent me on my way!!!!

    I know I only had to walk a few yards up the corridor but I hate being late for anything lol!!!
