    If you don't get anywhere with my company, go around the local industrial/retail parks with more local companies and get in touch with them. You never know! Even a local chippy has sponsored a football team for the last goodness-knows how many years!

    I think I managed to vote but having a bad day. After two different people this week suggested I see my gp I saw her yesterday and broke down.

    I thought I had been coping but the last week has been horrible
    so I realised I needed help. I see her again Friday to discuss medication as well as bereavement counselling. Can't stop crying and feel so useless.

    I have a new toy and I'm having a quick play. I have discovered the voice recognition system on my iPhone after six months if the punctuation is weird it's not my fault its Siris.
    Eta - sorry if this is completely off topic, you have no idea how long it took. An I'm whispering on the train into my phone and getting very odd looks.
