Hope all goes well at the doctors Melly, and Calley too x x
Also, remember that some cause itchy skin, and some cause puckering or reddening or tethering. Not just lumps. So important to notice any change at all.

Waiting for the health visitor, eeek!
Hubby has 'gas' too so now I am waddling round the house with air freshener as I am worried the poor woman will suffocate!0 -

!
Yes exactly. Any changes should be followed up.
Going off for the day to this little tearoom and giftshop. The gift shop has some fabulous stuff and every since I went last time I've had these wooden storage crates with cut out hearts on my mind that will go perfectly in my kitchen, so hopefully they'll still have them in stock!
I pass a lovely ice cream parlour on the way, so ice creams everyone? Rum and raisin for me I think!0 -
Morning my Lovelies,
Back from the Dr with a new Script higher dose of AD and smear done.
OMG!! I told the nurse it was my 1st time and she was so fab and said well done for coming in. She showed me what she was would be using and explained it all. And said I could stop it at any time.
And she is right it is just not very dignified. But it was no way as bad as I thought and no valium taken. It was a strange sensation. And I don't know why I was so worried about it. But you know how it is when you build something up in your mind.
Thanks guys for pushing me in that direction. You are a fab lot. So now wait the 2 weeks and find out.
Yours

Ooo, just heard about this on the radio, sounds like a really interesting programme tonight. (It's about autism, and the article refers to self harm, so don't read if this is a trigger.)
