I still can't get used to this cheek-kissing-as-greeting thing here :/ (well I quite like it when the nice-looking long-haired chap does it - however I'm nearly old enough to be his mum!)

There's a special car hire place near me that caters for weddings.

Last Saturday, there were two VW camper vans with white ribbons, parked up, ready to go!
 Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...

Even though I'm a tactile person, I'm not into kissing people very time I see them. Different if I've not seen them for a very long time, months or years, but not people that I see on a weekly basis, or pretty regularly.

There's also the etiquette that you only do it the first time you see them each day - if you do it again it means you've forgotten them!!

Never heard of that! Makes sense, though, else you could be kissing them several times a day!
    Oh it's silly!
Quite apart from never knowing which side of the face to aim for, risking getting full-on lip action if you're not careful!

Mine's a later model from the 1980s, when they made them a lot "squarer". Also, it lacks flowers, but is slowly turning green from moss.... (I should perhaps wash it sometime)

At the risk of being all nerdy about vehicles again :o , I have one, a T25 syncro. not converted to be an actual camper you van sleep in though. I mostly use it for moving big stuff when I need to and used to use it for towing..

When I drive it I find random people in other VW vans waving at me! Being polite, I always wave back.

People keep leaving notes under the wipers asking if I want to sell it!

Well I know I said campervans makes it easier for people to understand.

But me and him are both T4 fans. he has had two one was an ex AA bright yellow yes I know. Bought it £500 and then sold it about a year later for about £3500 all he had done was carpet it in the back. And then bought a red one and then sold that due debts!!!!

But anything VW campervan/T4 is good :rotfl:

    still feeling low today.

Think its due to lots of different things. Its my TOTM. Normally does not effect me but think it has today. I keep feeling sick and I got very little sleep.

All combined to make me a very tearful today.

Oh and after speaking to husband today looks like he has found a girlfriend. He beat me to it. That makes me feel a lot better not!!! And I don't mean that in horrible way. As I am of course happy for him. And would mean in time I would withdraw slightly.

And like I don't spend enough time on my own!!!! Being grumpy as tired I know.

saw a job in the paper for 2-3 afternoons a week local doing office work and answering the phone. Might apply and see what happens.

At least it will tied me over until I feel well enough to go back full time. And any money is better than nowt I suppose.

    Yours
