I talked to Swain and basically he told me at this stage, there's no use in worrying because i can't do anything or change anything, and that we'd cross that bridge if and when we come to it, (so in 4 weeks, though i'm taking codes advice and doing one sooner too) and for now try not to let it upset me and that everything will be ok :)
    He sounds a sensible chap :) .

Amazing what a difference someone sitting down and helping to break any problem down into manageable chunks makes too, in my experience.

Oh MessedUp that all sounds very good!
I'm glad your GP is so good.

I'm sure work will understand. Make sure you also tell them that your GP offered you the option of more time off sick, but that you said you'd rather come to work.

    :A

And maybe mention that you are changing (?)/adjusting your meds - this will help work to understand that this is a temporary blip :)

Can you keep the plug in when you have a shower, and recycle that water?

Not really as I have a low level shower tray.

But I do have a couple of these and collect water when running the shower before it gets warm. And then use it to flush the loo.

Thanks JM. I've read other Oliver Sacks stuff - the man who mistook his wife for a hat is the one that first springs to mind. Not read that one though, I'll have to look out for it.
