Oooft, I'm not designed for this heat. I don't know about where everyone else is but here it's ridiculously humid. I can cope with dry heat but I'm definitely designed for Scotland and not the rainforest!
Not eaten all day because not hungry and I can't decide what I want for dinner. I have drunk loads of water which is probably a good thing as I have been sweating like a very sweaty thing. Good thing I'm at home. I have a feeling my deodorant may have given up!
Eta: it has, but only on one side. Weird.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Can anyone recommend any resources or support systems for someone living with hearing voices and wanting to get back some control? I've heard of the hearing voices network, is there anything else? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
Now I know why I don't bother with people. My ex is suppose to buying a old clapped out car from my dad. Told me he never wanted to hear or see me again last night. hence my melt down mood.
Anyway at about 7.10 this evening get a text saying sorry I can't come tonight. Mums been the dr and wants me and sister to go and see her.
Which is fine as I know that this mum is not well. But this is to do with my dad. So why text me? So ring my mum and she says dads where the car is. But you can't phone him as his battery is dead.
I have no fuel so had to go and fill up and get my cards from husband as he looks after them for me. So on the way after filling up I ring my mum and says dad just phoned and I told him.
Arghhhhhhhhhhh so I have been running around like a slapped !!!! to sort this out and its nothing to do with me. As I warned my ex yesterday mess me around if you want but don't mess my dad around!!!!!!
And why does he still have my number if he never wants to see or hear from me again!!!!
Anyway one good thing. I bought a new fan. Same as the last one. Was surprised sainsburys had any. So feeling a bit cooler.

It's been fairly dull and overcast for most of the day here. It's warm, but I would say we've had warmer days. I wouldn't say it's been overly warm but it is getting quite humid now though. My ears are hurting abit and my chest is feeling abit tighter, like there's pressure in the atmosphere, like a thunderstorm is on it's way.
Hopefully we'll get some heat tomorrow and the rest of the week! It's like it's came up from London, bypassed Cumbria and went straight up to Scotland!0 -

I hope, my waterbutt is empty and I am on a water meter. So will have to bite the bullet if its still like this tomorrow and water my pots.
I only water them every 3-4 days in the hot weather anyway. And I give them a good soaking so that it starts to drip out the bottom. I think that is a better way to go then a little bit every day. As other wise they get shallow roots.
Not been in the mood but its way to hot to have been working in the garden for me.
Just looked at the weather and heavy rain tomorrow mid morning!!!!

We have light rain forecast for tomorrow - to water or not to water, that is the question?
Gitdog has been comatose all day. He's now waking up just as I'm ready to do the full TV slump routine. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Interesting. I didn't know that about the roots.I tend to water mine most nights, but that's only because the MIL does hers every night, and I thought you were meant to or they'd die! They've been ok so far....touch wood! :rotfl: I'm pretty clueless when it comes to gardening!
