Morning my Lovelies,
Hugs and handshakes to all that need them. And that includes me.
Slept very well not long been up.
Come to the conclusion that everything I do and say turns to crap. Not sure why I even bother any more with anything and any one.
I think I am too messed up for anyone to want to be in my life in any shape and form.
Too nice and caring and loving and then I get the taken advantage of.
Oh well. Best keep myself to myself and not bother with anyone. Easier that way. Then no one can let me down and I can't let them down!!!

Calley, please tell me you're having treatment for how you're feeling? Lots of love!

Started back on low dose AD a week today.
I know what triggered it. So that helps.
Just general feel rather helpless and pathetic today. I also have a habit of jumping to conclusions about stuff. And getting totally the wrong answer 2 + 2 =5.
The problem is I have a constant reminder of my ex. Which is not helpful. And there is nothing I can do about it apart from moving house!!!!!
I had issues in the past but never been this bad. The last 3 years have been the worst I have ever been.
Not sure giving up my job was the right thing to do now. But its done. Now I rather scared of going back to work and doubting my own abilities and skills.
Just rather a mess today.

The ADs can take a while to kick in. Lots of love, please be kind to yourself.

Grrr. Sitting on m25 totally stationary. Been here 90 minutes so far without moving. Some drivers playing football on hard shoulder. Hot, bored and wasting my leave, but at least it isn't me in the accidentEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

How horrid. I nipped up the shop to get some ice cream and the car said the temp was 28.5!!!!!!!
Hope you are out of it soon. And you have plenty of water with you.

Oooh, how ghastly for you, JM.
Have you got aircon? Mind you, if you're stationary, it'd run the car battery down.
As you say, though, better than being in the accident. Must be bad to hold the whole carriageway up for that long.
I hope WaS had a good ride up North.
Edit. This is what we need! Someone should invent one!(I just lurve spiders!)

Slept most of the afternoon. Not sure its doing me any good.
But my body must need it. I am pigging out on ice cream LOL!!!!
Any way done my good deed for the day. Took the fan I had here over to my husbands. As he lives in a mobile home. Snug in the winter but boiling in the summer.
The house stays fairly cool so not a problem. The car said temp was 32:eek: and once I got up the road dropped down to 29.5!!!!
