    Good afternoon all!

    Today I am off to visit a castle! I emailed them and although they shut at 4pm they have an event tonight at 7pm so staff are still there. So if I want to turn up inbetween those hours they will allow me to look around! I won't be able to manage stairs but they assure me that there are many rooms on the ground floor. All they request is a donation to the upkeep of the building and gardens. I haven't visited a castle since I was at primary school!

    I've just had really tasty salad - lettuce, mint, thyme, parsley, chives with tomato, cucumber, grilled peppers, bottled artichokes, olives and mozzarella. I get salad cravings sometimes, which I suspect may be odd
