Right, we'd just better choose a camping site we are quite sure we never want to visit again....just sayin' :rotfl:
Wise words!The_Only_Girl wrote: »Hi marmite, no I am not vegan... Yet. Who knows maybe in the future? We never know... It's good to learn different ways of cooking so I can adapt depending on the stocks in the cupboard/fridge, NSD counts and bathe budget, such as in today's situation. Learnt so much today.
Thanks again to all of your support. It is so nice to be part of this group. Til tomorrow. Night night

Well lookie here, who do you think has just rocked up to the door of Ennessdee Towers in a bright red Ferrari? (Or should that be Furrari, looking at the leopardskin seat covers?)
Bert Scroggins, where did you get that car? Oh, from a mate, you say....going to the Goodwood Festival of Speed, are you?
Come on, gang, pile in, and bring the picnic basket, Chef, and the tea urn, Mrs Doyle, Tatty can sit in front next to Bert, the rest of us can squish in the back, and we can burn up some road.
Igor, you will have to follow behind. On your bike. One life - your life - live it!0 -
22nd - spend day (chocolate/sweets with cashback on that I've put aside for OH's birthday)
23rd - very bad spend day. discovered some DVDs were available at much lower prices than I'd expected (so hadn't previously checked), and ended up buying 5 complete series of CSI L@s Vegas for just over £11 incl postage
24th - allowed spends only, so NSD #15 and target met :T
Today is another spend day. Series 2 of the set I recently bought 1 & 3 of has been dropping in price for the last couple of days. Dropped below my watch point and kept dropping. Had a momentary upwards blip, then started the downwards slide again. Set myself a new (lower) watch point which it had reached by the time I went to bed last night - and I decided to hold my nerve and see where it was this morning. Had dropped to the next lower watchpoint I was consideringThree hours later there was no further movement, so I reckon it had hit the lowest one of the two sellers was prepared to go to. The lower of the two (by 1p) was both the one listed as being in better condition and the one from my preferred seller - so I gave in and ordered. Because the 1st and 3rd were lower than my original watch points I've actually paid £1.51 less for all 3 than I'd been prepared to pay (which is more than enough for another film
). And if I were to order all 3 now I'd have to cough up pennies under twice what I paid, so to me that's a major result :T
I've still got some credit in my Amaz0n account (gift cards from cashback and survey sites)But that's partly because they cancelled another order on me last week
That's two sets I've ordered at good prices this year that they've then informed me (6-7 weeks later) they can't get stocks of !!!
