well done on your win, i would get back to them and tell them you want the compound interest as well or you will go to fos.good will gestures are fine but not when they are short changing you. give it a try, you never know. good luck and keep us posted

ive ad a ppi for a loan with carlyle finance they keep sending my signiture letters back saying not here also one with barclays

hi there, i have no personal experience with these but i am sure when di comes on she may be able to help you, she is a whizz with adresses, it may just be that you are sending your letters to the wrong company address. i am sure you will get help so hang on in there

Did they send you a full detailed written breakdown?

I would personally ask the FOS, the one who dealt with it to look into this for you, even though they close the files once resolved, they are still able to make sure you received all monies that are owed to you.
