What were you reclaiming: HSBC loans PPI
    Who was the provider: HSBC
How much did you get back: £1652.53
Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: letter

Waiting for the letter confirmation on this but having spoken to someone at HSBC today they have confirmed they are upholding my claim on a couple of loans when I already had cover through HSBC!!! As a valued customer (erm yeah right) they would be refunding me. Obviously i want to see the breakdown on this first, but as I wasn't sure what i'd paid and was expecting around £350 for 1 loan and no idea on the other, this looks like a good amount. I have an £850 overdraft in place%

    Brilliant :T:T:j
Congratulations and well done to you.:beer:

    • What were you reclaiming: BarclayLoan PPI
    • Who was the provider: Barclays
    • How much did you get back: Full refund of the insurance £1003 and 8% interests.
    • Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: Had to send a few letters to Barclays to chase up, overall the whole reclaim process took around three and half months since last Octorber.
    • And then write your brief reclaim tale: They offered me the refund as a good gesture, and denied about the misselling. As long as i have got my money back, I am happy! :T
    To Do List:

    [STRIKE]Barclaycard Credit Card Charges[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]BarclaysLoan PPI[/STRIKE]
    Barclays Account Overdraft PPI
  • Thanks everyone who encouraged me to do this! Big thumbs up to Martin and his team!!
