As far as I know the insurance company will pay you that not Picture. Tell the FSCS how much you have been given.
You could also call the FSCS on Tuesday and ask them about it.DS1 12/10/04

Picture need to be declared in Default and then our claims can be looked at by the FSCS to see if they were mis sold. If your claim was mis sold then the FSCS should repay all premiums that have been paid towards the PPI, not sure if they add the interest at the FSCS. Then the remaining PPI on the loan should be removed (by Picture) and your monthly payments should be lower. But that is only my take on things, someone else may know better.
Cant remember how many weeks its been since gumbi said 6-8 weeks til Picture in Default.DS1 12/10/04

Hello Funky, Picture Buddy! The 6-8 weeks takes us to the end of MAY middle of June. If your case is not settled by September you are still entitled to your rebate.DS1 12/10/04

Thanks di3004. He is over the moon. Just had interested paid now and it amounted to £1,600 on top of premium repayments of £2088. Totally amazed at that as we didnt expect as much as that for the interest but great news.0
