Lol, on your monthly statements this should also confirm this, also check them as well, as mistakes can happen.

And on the agreement, if you don't have this you can request this for a £1 postal order or cheque payment, they should supply by 12 days.

I was reading another thread a few weeks back and they were also informed they did not have PPI, and it was a mistake, the poster found evidence they they were being charged for this.

    Good luck.;)

    Hi
    Just to report a success!!
    Halifax Credit Card
    Reclaimed: approx £5500
    Offered: £8474

This was a claim that I helped my dad to do. My dad has had this card since 2001 and the card is still active. My dad is self employed and has been for 20 years.
I used the template on the website and wrote to Halifax. My dad had a reply after 2 weeks explaining that Halifax were allowed 8 weeks to investigate. After about 6 weeks my dad received a letter saying that they had found in my dads favour and would send an offer letter ASAP. A few days later he received a letter offering £8474 which broke down to the premiums he had paid, interest on the premium and the 8% interest that the template letter asks for!!
    Result!!!!
THANKS TO MARTIN WE WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THIS WITHOUT YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:beer::beer::beer::T:T:T
