    Oh dear, I know, mine but about another company been with the FSCS since June last year and heard nothing since before xmas and that was just telling me, they will be in touch when its gone further, but by emailing them, was more or less holding them back.......:eek:

    When did you send in your application hun?

    Pinknico is also waiting for Picture to go into default like yourself and another poster known as Gumbi contact the FSCS regular and receives updates, I know its getting a step closer each time, so hope you hear real soon, good luck.;)

    Erm its been months to be honest! i read somewhere on here they are in the final stages of the default process so lets hope!! :o:o:o:o

    I do hope so.

    The company with my case is Twopart/eloan it was the year before last they went into liquidation.......:confused:, but no news up to now.

    As its been a long while since I heard from the FSCS I think I will send them an email tomorrow, think it must have been November last year I heard from them last, an update is all I want.

    I know when Gumbi will post up everytime on Picture to keep everyone informed.;)

    I will have to keep checking for Gumbi`s posts! I wrote to the FSCS coz they didnt reply to my email, I hope its sorted by September as we are due to have a cheque back from Picture in Sept!!
  • I got my PPI back from my Bank of Scotland Premium Account - credit card. £3600. I also got £4000 last month for my Bank of Scotland Loans. Not bad eh/ Im really glad i came to this site. The whole thing took just over 3 months for both claims.
