Just want to share success story of a reclaim for ppi on an egg loan which was paid off back in 2005. Only had to send 1 letter using Martins Template. Claimed on the grounds that we were told that as only one of us was working we had to take out ppi or wouldn't get the loan. Received £1044! What we paid including some interest!

Hope we have a much success with bank charge reclaim when the court battles are finalised!

Happy Days - - - - Got £1000 back from Egg.
Before I came on MSE I didnt even know I had PPI or what it stood for. Its awful really I was so money unwise x

good news!! after just 1 letter to Halifax they have offered me £1000 cash refund and reduced the outstanding balance of my loan by another £1000. congratulations to everyone else who won today.
